Taking place before and after "The Tickler", "The Lysander Blackwell Files" is an analog horror film that explains the backstory of Lysander Blackwell. Many detectives have been assigned to many cases where he is the face of them all. One in particular, Detective Miguel Fartenstein, has gone missing while interrogating the dangerous criminal.
