The Mayor of a small town is haunted by the killing of his young daughter. A legendary tracker Bayou Bill (Joshua Peri), who is now the town Sheriff, is hunting this killer. A famous novel writer manages to convince the local Sheriff that there is more to this murder than meets the eye. Just outside this small town is Black Hawk Ranch, governed by a charismatic young man, Ethan Valor (Tom Vera). This mysterious secluded Ranch stirs the imagination of the townspeople. It creates gossip that gives birth to locals believing cultish activities are occurring within the inhabitants of the Ranch compound. Soon the town realizes a serial killer is in their midst and all fingers point to Black Hawk Ranch.
