The Last One revolves around a down on his luck slacker named Scott. After unsuccessfully begging for a handout from his parents, Scott tears out into the night drunk. In his blurred rage, Scott gets into a horrific car crash and flies out of the window, resulting in Scott being impaled by numerous pieces of glass. A mysterious savior emerges from the darkness, promising Scott he will save him. Scott wakes up in an old house on an operating table with wires running in and out of his body.—Anonymous
