This film is about a man whose works were strictly forbidden in Soviet Russia and even his name was not to be spoken. Ivan Solonevich is a Russian philosopher, political activist and publicist. In addition to this he was an outstanding athlete and one of the founders of Russian Sambo (self defense without weapons). In light of the current international situation following Solonevich, our film takes on new significance. The prophecies of this amazing Russian thinker sound even more relevant now and some historical parallels can be made which help us to understand more clearly some of the events taking place in the world today.
