Her mother-in-law has Alzheimer's disease, her husband is indifferent to her and their children has become wayward. For her family, the woman has devoted her life as a daughter-in-law, wife, and mother. She then learns that she has cancer and is dying. A beautiful goodbye then takes place between the mother and her family.
