Pierre Meyrand and his wife have financial difficulties, as their cartoon stories don't sell so well. Bob Neuman invites them to his luxurious home in Neuchatel, and tells them that he has, indeed, gone through the fictional stories they created. The Meyrands have no difficulty in understanding that Bob's mother has reason to believe her son suffers of delusions... Anyway, they decide to use him as a model for their next cartoon story, but 'The Neuchatel Killer' may end in a ghastly way, when Bob does abduct Jacqueline...—Artemis-9
