Rudyard Kipling's classic tale of Mowgli, the orphaned jungle boy raised by wild animals, and how he becomes king of the jungle.
Mowgli has been raised in the jungles of India by Baloo the bear, Bagheera the panther and a wolf pack. He is reunited with his childhood friend, Kitty, the daughter of Colonel Brydon and learns the ways of man once more. However, Mowgli soon meets an evil soldier, Captain Boone, who will stop at nothing to get his hands on legendary treasure in the jungle. Mowgli must rely on the help of his animal friends to stop Boone.
An adaptation of Rudyard Kipling's classic tale of Mowgli the jungle boy who is raised by wild animals after being lost when a tiger attacked an encampment and killed his father. Years later he finds himself re-united with his childhood love Kitty and back in the "civilization" of Colonial India which he finds far less civilized then his jungle haunts. The search for a lost treasure shows who the truly civilized members of society are.—Susan Southall <[email protected]>
