Focusing on cancer, the film plays part political/corporate thriller interspersed with elements of fractured friendship, redemption and family bonds. Sweetwater suggests that while a cure is possible, or already exists, the powers that be (medical, pharmaceutical, charitable) find it in their financial interests not to reveal the solution.
