The second in a series of films featuring CIA "black ops" operatives who are given assignments to implement National Security Directives approved by the President of the United States.

When three CIA employees are kidnapped and hidden in the African wilderness, the only man willing to go after them is Jack Casey, a retired CIA operative. Casey will do whatever it takes to rescue them-because one of the missing men saved his life. Casey must find them and get them out before they die at the hands of their captor, a politically motivated rebel: a soldier named Simon Njonjo.
