Seven seasoned hunters gather in the great Northwoods for their annual adventure of bullets, beer and bragging, but a bizarre accidental shooting leaves no one sure where to turn.

Buck Meyer just can't get a break. He can accept the fact that it's the last year he'll be able to hunt with his usual gang but he just can't handle the fact that his new girlfriend's ex-husband, Gary, is along for the trip. After accidentally shooting Gary, Buck decides to 'hide the evidence' rather than report anything to the police. Now the only problem seems to be that Gary might not have been dead.—Craig Knitt
