Evelia, a maid living in a shadowy migrant camp near the border, becomes a witness to her employer's (a European agent) family murders, all hunted by middle east terrorists and CIA alike, who now are determined she too will be silenced.

The Aztecan civilization, referred to northern Aztlan, (today's Southern California, thus America), as the land of The Hungry Woman. When people died, their bodies would feed Her, melding into the earth over time of decay. Their tears would quench Her thirst. The Hungry Woman's breasts became the mountains, the valleys, her curves. People toiled a lifetime to care for Her. Perhaps, much like what southern immigrants are to America today; cleaning toilets and picking fruit. Based upon the true story of Evelia (a maid) living in a shadowy migrant camp near the border, a place called El Campo Rodriquez, she becomes a witness to her employer's (a European agent) foreign family murders, all hunted by middle eastern terrorists and CIA alike, who now are determined she too will be silenced. In a weird turn of events, she must seek freedom by secretly crossing the border south. Written, Produced and Directed by Glenn Palmedo-Smith.
