A young gunslinger on the lam impersonates a preacher, brings hope to his parishioners and law-and-order to a town terrorized by a strongman's bunch.

In the days of the "Wild West", a gunslinger, with a price on his head, discovers the body of a traveling minister who has been killed in an ambush. Fearing those who are following him, he assumes the dead minister's identity.—Baroque <[email protected]>

In an attempt to dodge a wrongful murder charge, Ernie Parsons - a quick-witted gunslinger - flees his own hanging and poses as a traveling preacher he discovered dead in the desert. With the preacher's clothes and horse, Ernie acts as the deceased, making a name for himself across the West with his unusual technique of aiming his six-gun at disbelievers. But when Ernie becomes too involved in the community of Castle Walk, he finds that being a man of God may be more than the bargained for.
