Synopsis

The Great Leader Kanshiram is a Hindi Feature Film. The story of this film starts from a small village of Punjab name Khawaspur. Manyavar Kanshiram born there on 15th of March 1934. No one has imagined that a boy from this small village will make upheaval in Indian politics. Or not only this will fight whole life for the afflicted and unprivileged peoples in India. So, the story is about a little boy of Khawaspur, Punjab. People use to call him as Kashia. As belongs to Sikh religion (Dalit Community) he was having chignon as per their tradition on that time. Once he removed his chignon forever without asking his parents. When his parents got to know about this they shouted on Kashia, but he replied without wasting time on just taking care of his hair and chignon, he can do his study. Everyone of that village was shocked on his sincerity for study as he was doing his study from a small Government school. He used to help his parents in farming while doing his schooling. Once he gets an opportunity to fight Kushti against a boy upper cast boy and eventually he won the Kushti. Kanshiram done his Graduation from Ropad, Punjab. After his graduation he got a Government job in a first-class position in Maharashtra. Few years later during his job one of his employee faced cast discrimination by his office colleagues and this matter effected his emotions so badly and he decided to give resignation from his position. That employee Dinabhana gifted him a book of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar by the name of "Annihilation of Caste". After reading the book he decided to walk on Dr. B. R Ambedkar's path his whole life. And he creates an Organization BS4 with some members for the unprivileged, poor, afflicted and backward community. He ran this organization for years and then made BAMSEF Organization with Government Employees in 1971. He makes realized to his peoples that there are 70 lacks SC/ST/OBC employees in India if come together then they can rule on the government. And they can full fill Dr. B.R. Ambedkar's dream. He supports the backward community to dream to be the ruler of the country. After a long journey with the society, he has connected unlimited peoples with him and 14th of April, 1984 he established a Political Party named 'Bahujan Samaj Party' in Delhi, the capital of India.
