In an alternative year 1933, tensions rise as many countries prepare for the downfall of the continent. While war breaks out in the east of Europe, the West finds a weird artifact that might be significant in uncovering the forgotten past.

After Germany elects its new, insane leader, Europe divides in two parts - one appeasing Germany and ignoring the problems that the leader might bring (like UK), and second, that wants to destroy it - like France, who allies with Yugoslavia for achieving that goal. While war breaks out in the eastern Europe and the Balkans, Switzerland finds a weird binocular, that might be much more significant than the West thinks.
