Luxembourg gets hijacked by a weird creature, unable to be communicated with. Irritated with the ignorance of most powerful countries, France creates an alliance called Liberte, while Romania experiences "visions" of future events.

In the year 1932, Luxembourg gets hijacked and becomes isolated from the outside world by an unknown entity, unable to be communicated with. After a year, furious about biggest powers ignoring III Reich, USSR, and newly-formed Luxembourg, France proclaims himself a "Saviour of Europe" and takes matters into his own hands, creating Liberte, an alliance destined to protect Europe from the rise of aggressive countries. Meanwhile, scientific Switzerland receives a weird compass-clock from Poland, creator of Hussarball comic, and Romania comes back to Europe's politics after isolating himself for a year, experiencing visions of many things happening in the future... and the fall of Europe, and the world.
