Two Swedish journalists are shot, captured, mock executed and sentenced to eleven years in prison for terrorism in the Ethiopian region Ogaden. All is captured on video that is secretly copied by an adviser to the president of Ogaden. When he defects he brings with him not only the terrible story about the two Swedes, but also evidence of murder, torture, arbitrary arrests, systematic rape and genocide in the closed region.
