Spanning nearly ten long years of filmmaking, Danish experimental director Jørgen Leth's richly coloured mosaic of intimate encounters and liaisons, vividly portrays a man's need to capture a fleeting eroticism. Over and over again, against the same background of a random hotel's bedroom, Leth travels across the globe with only one thing in mind: to recreate a long-lost experience by re-enacting the same idyllic scene.
