A homicide detective, Thomas, is falsely accused and goes on the run. He encounters a mysterious girl, Sarah, and teams up with his friend Jane, a historian, to uncover a secret that challenges our understanding of the universe.

In a place where our understanding of time and space no longer applies, there is truth. Homicide detective Thomas learns this whilst on the run from his own department, accused of a crime that he did not commit. Unsuccessful in his pursuit of the real culprit, the whole conspiracy seems to present itself as something more than mere coincidence, especially when fate throws a mysterious girl named Sarah his way.
