In the country, nearly 6,000 teams compete in league competitions at various levels. One of them is the Red Dragons Brwinów. They play in the lowest league (B-class), lose all their matches and are considered the worst team in the country. The team about which a lot can be said, but certainly not that they play a good football."The Dragon Spring" will be a story about this team and its coach Pawel, a man who set himself a goal - to raise the Dragons from their knees. A story based on the observation of events in the team's life in the spring round and full of emotions and twists, because football, like life, can sometimes be painfully predictable, but sometimes completely surprising. The film begins when a young, 25-year-old coach, Pawel, who dreams of working for Arsenal in the future, approaches the club's president, Mikolaj, with a proposal to coach the team Dragons.Pawel is extremely motivated. The president presents him to the team during the first training session beginning the preparation period for the spring round. Pawel starts his job. The Dragons are not used to such effort he proposes. The problems start quickly. The players lack fitness, willingness to work hard and tenacity. They start missing training. Pawel realizes that the task he has undertaken is much more difficult than it may seem.He finds support in several of the most fierce Dragons - Masa, Mariusz, Kuba. A strong bond of understanding is established between them and Pawel. They have the same goal. They want the team to finally start to resemble a real, consolidated team. So the action of mutual mobilization begins.Initially, all the effort was a piece of cake. 5 or 6 people come to winter training. The scale of bitterness is complemented by the departure of Adam, one of those whom it seemed would be the case you can count on 100%. The future of the team begins to hang in the balance. Pawel is considering resigning. The club's president, Mikolaj, is strongly involved in persuading him to stay with the Dragons. He presents various proposals that, in his opinion, should help the situation in the team begin to change for the better. The improving attendance and the president's plans make Pawel stay, slowly regaining faith that the mission he has undertaken is possible to accomplish. Finally, the long-awaited moment comes - the first sparring in the preparation period. The Dragons play against an opponent from the same league. The surprise is great. They draw 2-2 with the team they lost 6-1 in the league.Pawel is not satisfied with what they showed on the field. He bluntly and impulsively points out all their mistakes, but at the same time ends his sharp post-match tirade in the locker room with the words - see, you can! All right guys, let's move on with it!Our film story continues. We accompany the Dragons all the time until the end of the league season.
