After taking brutal serial killer Henry Bale down, Detective Matt Williams leaves the crime scene with a wooden box filled with a mysterious set of Guatemalan worry dolls--handmade talismans designed to take away children's troubles. However, as the evil artefacts fall into innocent hands, people start acting strangely, and before long, a spate of grisly murders terrorises Williams' once peaceful town.
