A young man, Devon, is released from a mental institution after spending a few months there, only to find out everything is not what it seems. Devon must struggle with real life with the 'help' of Dr. Everdeem.

Devon (Joe Warshaw) is going through what seems to be a series of haunting dreams. Differentiating reality from the thoughts in his mind is tougher than it should be. Devon's wife, Shelly (Crista Johnson) can not deal with her husband's strange mind set any longer. She hires an unusual doctor, Dr. Everdeem (Ren Humphrey) to help get Devon back on track and begin to live his life again. Constantly encountering and unusual and dark being, Give and Take (Josh Warshaw), Devon looks for the solace in the small things left in his "life".
