The Deadman's Playground is a sci-fi, action-thriller that takes place in 2053, 20 years later after the second civil war in the U.S. The story introduces the departure and reunification of a married couple, Levi and Rachel. Living in Paragon, Rachel is kidnapped into Empyrean to become an orphan, named Everleigh who is destined to become the next God of Empyrean after Charles Gambit. To save his wife, Levi must travel to Empyrean across all seven sectors to save her and retrieve each of the Seven Deadly Sins' masks; each containing her memories.
