Scientists in charge of a sophisticated, state-of-the-art, military satellite are being assassinated. It's up to a team of federal agents to protect the last surviving scientist able to activate the satellite.

Around the globe, someone assassinates renowned scientists before a major scientific convention in Dallas. The killing spree has to do with the IWAR, an upcoming International World Arms Removal project featuring a state-of-the-art satellite system capable of detecting and destroying offensive contraband weapons. Now fearing for his life, scientist Antonio Morales requests protection from the Agency, a task assigned to Special Agent Samantha Maxx. After all, Dr. Morales plays a crucial role in the full operational capacity of the IWAR system, and he must be protected at all costs.
