A Christmas movie immersed in the world of chocolate, the magic of Québec and the elegance of locations such as the famed Montréal City Hall Christmas Market, Windsor Ballroom and Place Jacques-Cartier Christmas Markets. Patrons sip on champagne as they wander through the magical Christmas market. One vendor is Charlotte Dobler, one patron is Henry Broadbent. Charlotte, owner of Dobler Chocolate, moved from Vancouver to Montréal to take over the business from her grandmother. She works tirelessly to grow the business into a successful enterprise. Henry, entrepreneur arrives in Québec to take over a company his father acquired, Danube Development. When his father closed the deal, he retired leaving his empire to Henry. Unprepared, Henry tries to settle in. Christmas is the busiest times of year for Charlotte. She was selected a finalist for Québec's Chocolatier of the year. This will not only put her business on the map but give her the ability to save the shop. It is at risk as a developer is looking to acquire it to build a shopping boutique. Charlotte and Henry meet and they seem like an unlikely pair, but find common ground in their love for chocolate. Charlotte confides in Henry and shares the difficulties she has with a developer who is threatening to destroy her business. Henry encourages her with no idea the developer is the company his father just acquired. Henry is not only the new owner of Danube Development, he is Charlotte's worse nightmare.
