THE CHANGE AGENTS is the coming of age drama of Carly Dutoff, a Doukhobor girl growing up in the Kootenays with her Deda (grandfather) during her final year of high school. Carly has become alienated by her peers due to her obsession with the pressing environmental issues facing the planet today. Even though many of her peers support the issues in principle, they still just want to have fun.
