Summaries

Two estranged sisters torn apart by their differences suddenly find themselves working together towards a common goal in the heartwarming drama, The Bouquet.

Cecil Benton dies from a cardiac condition he hid from his family, like the dire state of the nursery which supplies his wife Bonnie's small-town flower shop, Bouquet. Manhattan corporate executive daughter Terri is late for the funeral, ashamed to admit she's penniless, recently fired due to the economic slump. Jealous sister Mandy, who works on sensible Noah's cooperative, feels out-staged all over. The nursery's secret weapon, apparently an unpaid employee, is Iraq veteran Sam, who dropped out of med school and loyally stayed after Cecil took him in as mental war wreck at the reverend's request.—KGF Vissers
