The Blue Marble - A satire of bureaucracy on a Universal scale.

In a waiting room somewhere in the galaxy a soulful entity named Charlie tries to change an incorrectly placed decimal point on his paperwork so he can be assigned to his rightful planet. Stranded since the beginning of time, Charlie tries to unravel the incomprehensible rules and regulations which prevent him from correcting this minor error. While other souls come and go, Charlie waits on the Blue Marble assignment line, a victim of the red tape that's existed since the Big Bang and shows no signs of ever changing.
