"THE BLOCK" is a dark comedy neo noir set in the mean streets of Vallejo, the murder capital of the country. It follows Tomas, a corrupt probation officer, and Sugar, his lady of the night squeeze in their attempt to coerce a recently released convicted murderer into offing a local gangster to steal back ill gotten gains.The newly freed Rigo, however wants nothing more than to find his long lost brother and for once in his life have some sense of family... too bad for him... and everyone else.
