HANS KESSERLING, a borderline psychotic who battles endlessly with alcoholism and perverse sexual desires, is loose in America with only one goal.......he "must" recover the A-bomb calculations (cleverly hidden in a black valise) or die. THE BLACK VALISE is loosely based on actual events that occurred during the later part of 1944.
