After information fatal to the government is passed on to a younger audience by a man who fears his death, a girl is kidnapped and needs rescuing. Who better to send than two teenage amateurs?

A girl who is given government information by her feared-to-be-dying uncle is kidnapped after and goes missing for a week. After this comes to the attention of A.K, a leader of a small local government crime fighting organization, he sends his two best young agents Philip (Peter DeFrancesco) and Isaac (Jonah Erdman) to go find her and apprehend her kidnapper, Axel Lebanon, who doesn't actually exist in anyone's eyes until the Axel Lebanon File is added to their database inadvertently. After they find the file, the chase begins. This involves risking lives, illegally driving, and breaking at least 10 rules. Nothing two amateurs can't handle.—Peter DeFrancesco
