Hayata is an undercover cop assigned to infiltrate not one, but two rival Yakuza gangs. Things get complicated when Hayata gets into a relationship with a young schoolteacher, the daughter of a fellow officer who was slain by one of the gangs.

While young girl walks to the store her family is killed. And assassin to kill the murderers is watching as the young girl comes back home and saves the young girl. He teaches her how to take care of her self because the gangsters are looking for her.
