Gregory McSam is an inventor who works for Eggworld Toys. Research into his newest invention, a flying toy in the shape of an egg, has shown that it could be made into a full scale travel pod. He takes his ideas to his boss who rejects it out of jealousy. Spurred on by his best friend Egor, he decides to make the ship on his own. After it is finished, in an attempt to save his job, Greg and Egor decide on using the alias name "The Flying Eggman"—Anonymous
