In 2020, after a decade in Los Angeles, The Adventure Family has decided to move to the small historic town of Franklin, Tennessee. They were expecting a slower pace of life, safer streets and plenty of time to unpack. What they got instead was a classic 1980's adventure kick started by the discovery of a clue to a lost Civil War treasure in their own backyard. Led by the whip smart 6-year-old Irie and the book smart 7-year-old Camden, the family takes a crash course through history and smashes straight into the mouth of danger when they find themselves in a race against time to retrieve each clue before the villainous amateur archaeologist, Rockwell Shaw, can get his hands on the gold, or them, first.
