Tenchu roughly translated means "God's judgment" and in this, Masako meets Sana a homeless ninja disposed from the warring states era. For the price of one rice ball from Masako, Sana will accept the contract and deliver tenchu to whomever Masako wills. Along the way we learn who Sana really is along with a cast of characters including Masakos devil in law, grand daughter, and the homosexual bar owner Masako regularly visits.—Andrew Carrig
