Andrea Oya is a no nonsense, hard nose detective who goes all in for her job. As tough as she is there is a soft side that she barely shows. Hesitantly she team up with Samantha Curry a beautiful and brainy Special Agent for the FBI. Together they try and solve a string of violent murders in the city. Black women and children are being targeted, slain and disfigured. On each body the killer leaves a mark, a message per say as if to taunt them. The two battle to bring peace, order and justice to the city.
