Dr. Lindsay Morgan is a bright young psychiatrist with a new practice and grand ideas. Like any new practice, she is going through the painful pitfalls in her quest to make a difference in the world. Her lack of financial skills isn't helping matters, as she learns she is three months away from bankruptcy. She must cut costs; severely, including laying off her employees. She is distraught. No employees, tons of office work, building repairs and a growing patient list leaves her desperate - Until she gets a crazy idea to hire her patients to work in the office in exchange for free therapy. At first, it seems like the logical thing to do; work for free therapy. But when the wild personalities collide and their disorders, dysfunctions, fears and insanity's come to life, the office flourishes into a new-tangled chaotic "practice". The good doctor must now manage their antics without destroying her practice and her reputation. Good Luck. Add a dose of her overbearing mother, sibling ribbing and three judgmental psychiatric mentors and we have the perfect recipe for chaos.—Scott Seargeant
