A jealous tribal queen attempts to break up the romance between a jungle man and the daughter of an ivory hunter by setting a giant gorilla upon them.
Raised by compassionate gorillas when he got lost in the unforgiving jungle, Raja, the son of Shikhari, has grown into the bravest and mightiest being in the forest. Then, Raibahadur, the poacher, his daughter, Madhu, and the wicked big game hunter, Jalimsingh, arrive in the lush jungle to kill elephants by the dozen for their tusks, only to catch the eye of the lord of the jungle. Before long, Madhu falls head-over-heals in love with Raja, much to the chagrin of the jealous jungle queen, La. Now, to destroy their happiness, La sends a monstrous giant gorilla to attack them.
