Hercules is a young man in the kingdom of Zingaro. He is angry with the evil ruler but needs help to overthrow him. He calls Tarzan for help.

After defeating powerful Angoor, the royal wrestler of the wealthy kingdom of Zingaro, with the help of Tarzan, the mighty lord of the jungle, fearless Hercules steals the heart of the queen and becomes the realm's official champion.
