A tormented girl named Sunanda and a drunkard named Fernandes, flee a mad doctor by sailing their boat right into an oncoming cyclone. Thrown from the vessel, they land on an island inhabited by Tarzan and his monkey pal Zippy.
To avenge his sister's brutal sexual assault, a doctor abducts Sunanda from her foster parents, bent on making her insane by poisoning. However, the compassionate drunkard, Fernandes, saves the troubled girl, and together, they flee the mad doctor's lair by boat, only to encounter a fierce cyclone. As the pair washes ashore on mighty Tarzan's jungle island, a ferocious tribe of warriors captures the three of them and takes them to the palace of the evil Queen Layla. There, Tarzan's love interest, the seductive Princess Delilah, is left to rot in Layla's enchanted dungeons, along with other hapless female prisoners.
