American secret agent Alan Milner is charged to get back a lot of uranium being transported to an enemy power by a criminal gang led by Otis. The agent must follow a number of leads until getting aboard a merchant ship off the Moroccan coast, where he will have the last of a number of fights.—Artemis-9
