Oya, daughter of a rich businessman Nazmi, is engaged to her cousin Bulent. As Oya's car breaks down, she gets it serviced and there meets Demir, the workshop owner, who she belittles. Demir falls in love with her. Nazmi Bey is nearly bankrupt and asks Naciye's father Osman for support. Naciye prevents this out of her jealousy to Oya and Nazmi Bey commits suicide. Osman Bey sequestrates the mansion and Demir purchases it. He lets Oya and her mother live there. Bulent gets engaged to Naciye and Oya wants to make him jealous using Demir. She marries Demir and believes that he married her for money. Oya's mother tells that Demir bought the mansion. Demir wants a divorce, Naciye is now after him.
