Vishnubala, a devotee of lord Bhairoba, is a soft-spoken man, works for the welfare of his village and is loved by all. However, when his brother is harmed by evil men, he turns into a vengeful person who is dreaded by his entire village.

The film is the real life story of 'Vishnu Bala' of Tambave village. Vishnu Bala is a down-to-earth man, a kind, loving and humble person. He has dedicated his life to the welfare of the village. He is a true devotee of lord Bhairoba. But one day ...Animosity engulfs the village. A brother's leg is chopped off; love and care is replaced by revenge and vengeance. Vishnu Bala erupts like a volcano. He swears in the temple of Bhaiorba that he will not let his enemies get away. Vishnu shoots Chander dead on the banks of the river, in broad daylight. The whole state of Maharashtra is taken aback. This sent the wheel of revenge churning; the soft spoken Vishnu becomes a dreaded man. The mother's heart that sheltered love also took the gun under her wings.
