'Tales of Beyoglu' is a feature length documentary celebrating Beyoglu, the cultural heart of one of the world's most exciting and inspiring cities, Istanbul. London-based filmmaker Amanda Burrell first came to Istanbul on holiday 15 years ago and immediately fell in love with the city. She returned regularly and always found herself being drawn back to Beyoglu. In this film she explores the area by meeting some of its most interesting and creative characters.
