Aleksey Turbin, a participant in an experimental secret program of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, enters into a deadly fight with a gang that is terrorizing the city. In addition to his official duty, he is driven by blood feud - he is simply obliged to find and punish the murderers of his parents. Every day, Turbin works undercover - as a simple taxi driver goes on duty and keeps order on the streets in a specially equipped "police taxi", while conducting a personal investigation.
