The Takalani Sesame Muppets welcome new friends to the neighborhood as they explore their world through playful learning. Elmo, Zuzu, and friends explore new ways to "try, try, try again!" when faced with a challenge. They celebrate the power of Ubuntu to help children care, share, and be kind to one another. This season features Takalani Sesame Muppet friends Elmo, a 3.5-year-old red monster with a contagious giggle who tries his best to keep up with his friends; Zuzu, an imaginative and curious leader; Kami, a five-year-old who loves to read and sing; Moshe, the gentle giant meerkat who loves to dance and to take care of his garden; and Zikwe, who always has a story to tell from his world travels and keeps his Takalani friends laughing. The colorful and fun-loving Takalani Sesame Muppets combine humor, music, adventure, action and culturally relevant stories to engage and educate children.
