The central theme of the documentary-fiction series Secret Services of Serbia are the security services, how they were created, how they developed and what role they played in some turning historical moments. They cover the period from the time of Karadjordje Petrovic and Milos Obrenovic, when there were no specialized bodies dealing with security issues until the end of the eighties of the last century.
