The year is 2476. Humans are rumored to be extinct. Only the Human-Made NPC's, Exoskeletons, and Defective Artificial Intelligence now run, and inhabit the Earth. Talks of political turmoil and exploits caused the world to be devised of mainly two types of people, those against the law and rule of man, or those who choose to still follow it. The Mother-Board was created to keep the Peace of the world intact, however, they too where taken under the influence of the powerful "drugs" known as Violence, Money, and Fear. Criminals of any type are often executed, even for the smallest of offenses by The Mother-Board. The Mother-Board's rule on the world led to Earth becoming less like of the world you know now, in your time. It runs like a giant Computer Station. However, some cities choose to be independent from the rule of The Mother-Board. Circuit City is one of these places. A Metropolis of people of many races and cultures, and is also the capital of Hard-Ware State. Many miles away lies the only competition of The Mother-Board: Anti-Malware. Anti-Malware was once the home of Anti-Virus Agency. One Agent, known as Circuit, had gone rogue and decided to form his own group of the same name. Anti-Malware then changed the Agency name to C.A.D (Control, Alter, and Delete). They are ran by Rebellious Exoskeletons, NPC's, and a Human.
