Synopsis:
Ordinary Russian engineer-inventor nicknamed Nihilist, develops the latest weapons disguised as a vacuum cleaner. The CIA learned about the developments and begin to hunt for the Nihilist. The Pentagon fears that the Nihilist will suck America and the CIA chief sends a superman and a werewolf agent to the Nihilist. And also he sends his son to this task, so that his son makes a career in the CIA with the help of the best agents.
