Priya who hails from a middle class family has an inexplicable hatred towards those belonging to rich families. Siddarth who falls in love with Priya, belongs to an affluent family. Will Priya accept him, forms the rest of the story.

A family tale, the story begins with Siddharth (adhitya) who is the son of the big business tycoon Vasundhara Devi (ramya krishna). He dotes on his mother and she is everything to him. In between, Siddharth falls in love with Priya (radhika) and to win her he pretends to be a middle class person. Eventually Priya discovers Siddharth's true background but marriage happens. Things get a little tight between Priya and Vasundhara Devi due to the latter's obsession. What happens from there forms the rest of the story.
