Swabhimaan is a story of a family's struggle that decide to go against the caste divisive political trend. Nanasaheb a goon politician tries to put several hurdles, but Ramakant and Siddharth overcome each hurdle and prove people that their principles are for the well being of all. The film brings life with Siddharth's college experience where he fights but finally falls for Vidya.
